    All of our bars are made in the UK with the highest quality ingredients, no added sugar and are completely free of palm oil.
    Yes. Every N’eat bar is 100 percent plant‑based and certified gluten‑free, making them suitable for vegan and gluten‑sensitive diets.
    These bars contain seeds and oats but are nut‑free, dairy‑free and soy‑free. Always check each flavour’s label if you have specific sensitivities.
    Store bars in a cool, dry place. Unopened, they stay fresh for up to nine months; once opened, enjoy within three to four days for optimal texture and flavour.
    Each 45 g bar ranges from about 150 to 180 kcal, with 3–4 g of protein, 4–5 g of fibre, plus omega‑3 fats and antioxidants from the fruit and seeds.
