Jenks Brands Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.jenksbrands.com operated by Jenks Brands Limited.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, and undamaged in any way.

Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Jenks Brands Limited, Dwight House, 38 Burlington Road, London, SW6 4NX. 

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
